Denmark is world famous for its high standard of living, its dedication to equality and to work-life balance. Add in an excellent healthcare system, great schools and a comprehensive social welfare system and you have the recipe for a great place to live.

How SYBO Can Help With Your Move

Right now, SYBO has nearly 200 SYBOnians and over 40 nationalities.

Once you have signed the contract with us you’ll be put in touch with our mobility team who will guide you every step of the way.

Before You Arrive

Many of our SYBOnians relocate from outside of the European Union (EU)

SYBO will be delighted to sponsor you and your dependents visa process. This can take up to 3 months but rest assured, we’ll support you throughout.

If it makes sense, you might get the opportunity to start remotely. Our awesome team will support and guide you through the process of setting you up to work remotely. Our IT team will ship you your equipment so you’re good to go! Now your visa is ready, we'll book your flights for you.

Everything is ready, it’s time for take-off.

But what about my stuff?

Boxes, boxes and more boxes! 

Moving all of your possessions can be a stressful thing to do. We want to make the process simple for you. 

Moving with your family and need help moving your stuff? Check! We’ll pay for you to transport 10 cubic meters of your belongings

Would you rather buy stuff when you get to Denmark? We have you covered there too! We’ll help out with a generous donation of 15.000DKK to get you started.

We cut through the paperwork

Denmark has a reputation for lots of paperwork.

Never fear, we're here to help you every step of the way. We help with translating all lease agreements and documents so that you can rest soundly knowing exactly what you've signed. We guide you through the process of getting registered for  CPR number (social security), setting up a bank account and we arrange for you to meet with a tax advisor to help you make sense of it all.

Relocating with your family

And that's not all.

We understand you may be traveling with your family too. If you’re  moving with kids, we help you with finding kindergarten and school too. Moving with a partner or spouse? Then they might be interested in the SYBO spouse care programme where we help your partner to settle in and build their own network. 

And that’s not all!

Proud pet owners will also be supported with all travel and registration documents.

Rest assured, your whole family is being taken care of.

Housing

Denmark is thankfully not as cold as its Nordic neighbors - but still you need a place to stay when you touch down right?

Luckily, SYBO has you covered!

SYBO is very happy to offer 3 months living in a temporary apartment while you search for something a little more permanent. FREE OF CHARGE. We provide rent and utilities so you can concentrate on adjusting to your new life in Denmark.
